Dr. Stanley Idiculla, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S., is a highly regarded podiatrist offering advanced care to patients in Herndon and Springfield, Virginia. At NoVa Foot and Ankle, Dr. Idiculla provides compassionate and comprehensive care for various foot- and ankle-related medical issues, including heel pain, heel spurs, ingrown toenails, ankle sprains, hammer toes, bunions, flat feet, plantar warts, foot infections, plantar fasciitis, corns and calluses, sports injuries, foot and ankle fractures, neuroma, tendonitis, toenail fungus, athlete’s foot, and gout, along with specialized diabetic foot care.
Dr. Idiculla pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, earning bachelor’s degrees in neuroscience and philosophy. He then moved to New York City, where he attained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Idiculla completed a rigorous three-year surgical training program at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh and Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio, where he served as chief resident.
As a board-certified podiatrist by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Idiculla possesses extensive training in innovative treatments for both common and complex pathologies affecting the feet and ankles. This includes expertise in foot and ankle reconstruction and the treatment of deformities in both adult and pediatric patients.
Committed to patient-centered care and public service, Dr. Idiculla currently serves as the President of the Virginia Podiatric Medical Association and has previously held the position of Past President of the Northern Virginia Podiatric Medical Association. Additionally, he holds the role of Vice President of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and actively participates in committees with the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Idiculla performs surgical procedures at Inova Fairfax Hospital and serves as the Chief of Podiatry Surgery at Reston Hospital.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Idiculla finds joy in activities such as Jiu Jitsu, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters.

Dr. Parikh completed her undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh, receiving bachelor’s degrees in business and psychology while completing all her pre-med training. Following graduation, Dr. Parikh moved to New York City, enrolling in the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she received her doctor of podiatric medicine (D.P.M.) degree. After receiving her degree, she completed a three-year residency program at Morristown Memorial Hospital where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Parikh has extensive training and experience in elective and complex foot and ankle surgery, including reconstructive surgery, and she has trained under some of the leading podiatrists in the country, including the podiatrist for the NY Jets football team. Today, she stays up to date on novel and innovative care options to ensure every patient has access to the broadest array of treatments based on the patient’s specific and unique needs. Dr. Parikh is also an Associate American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Parikh is active in her church and volunteers with AWANA and Kids Quest. She also enjoys exploring the Washington, D.C., metro region with her husband and daughters.

Dr. Tiomara Paylor, D.P.M. is originally from New York City, where she graduated from St. Catharine Academy High School. She was granted a scholarship from the Office of Naval Research and obtained her undergraduate B.S. degree in Biology from Florida A&M University. She then went on to attend Barry University in Miami, Florida where she earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Paylor completed her surgical residency at Virtua West Hospital System in South Jersey where she served as chief resident in her final year.
Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Paylor is an experienced foot and ankle specialist. She specializes in the management of all foot and ankle conditions including wound care, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, ankle sprains, sports injuries, flat feet, bunions, hammertoes, foot and ankle fractures, tendonitis, diabetic foot care, corns and calluses, toenail fungus, warts, athlete’s foot and gout. In addition, Dr, Paylor offers individually designed custom-molded orthotics to help correct chronic and/or pathologic foot abnormalities and improve foot function. She strives for good patient communication, which includes explaining the diagnosis and outlining an individualized treatment plan with conservative and surgical treatment options. Dr. Paylor is a member of American Podiatric Medical Association, Virginia Podiatric Medical Association and the American Diabetes Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Paylor enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her interests also include kickboxing, traveling and being an active member of the health ministry at her local church where she enjoys providing foot screenings, educating the community on management and prevention of foot and ankle conditions.

Dr. Diep completed his undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). He then earned a Master’s degree in Biological Medical Sciences from Mississippi College and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.
His extensive surgical residency training at the world-renowned MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Washington Hospital Center equipped him with advanced surgical skills in both common and complex foot and ankle pathologies. He specializes in the treatment of foot and ankle arthritis, lower extremity trauma, and fractures. He also helps patients with post-traumatic reconstruction, midfoot and forefoot arthritis, flatfoot deformities, and bunion and hammertoe deformities.
Dr. Diep specializes in innovative surgical treatments such as joint fusion, tendon transfers, minimally invasive reconstructive bunion and hammertoe surgery, and arthroscopic treatments for sports and athletic injuries. He is also trained in the management of non-healing wounds and diabetic foot complications. Dr. Diep is a proud member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Diep values a strong physician-patient relationship built on trust and understanding, aiming to restore patients’ autonomy and mobility. He performs surgeries at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, and Reston Hospital.
